In addition to over 30 years operating his own business in contracting, sales, and consulting, Walt Kelly has served as Director of the Minnesota Office of Pipeline Safety, member of the Gopher State (Minnesota) One Call Board of Directors, Chair of the Legislative Committee of the National Association of Pipeline Safety Representatives, member of the Grant Allocation and Risk Assessment Committees, and Vice Chair of the Association. He served three years on the Gas Committee of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners.

Walt has taken classes at the U.S. DOT’s Transportation Safety Institute, and numerous industry courses including pipeline operations and regulations, enforcement procedures, underground facility locating techniques to corrosion. When added to degrees in Physics and Educational Psychology, Walt’s extensive experience brings a unique perspective to in assisting others achieve their objectives.
